While looking for a place to start a church, there were several places we looked at until the Lord led us to this little vacant church. We could hardly see the building for the high weeds that had grown in the parking lot. We met with the owner of the building. From that day there was a vision of a great church and the Lord has never stopped blessing Temple Baptist Church
Rev. Glenn Rogers, Sr. dedicated his life to serving the Lord and giving to the people of the church. He was a true and faithful servant for nearly 30 years until the Lord called him home. The "baton of faith" was passed on to his son, Rev. Glenn Rogers, Jr. who was called to serve the Lord at a young age.
We're excited about what God is doing now, and we are looking forward to what God is going to do in the future. Our desire is to keep on working to reach the hearts of the lost till Jesus comes again. We know that God will continue to reach out to the world and give peace to the hurting and strength to the family.
